World of Warcraft Upgrade Item Guide
The Upgrade item can be utilized by trainers to transform Porygon2 into Porygon2. This evolution requires an upgrade, a Sinnoh Stone and 50 Porygon Candy.

Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools. They can be used to add an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased by players or vendors, looted or obtained as rewards, or created using crafting materials. Upgrade items can be cosmetic effects as well as offering bonus points for attributes.
Upgrade components include inscriptions, enhancements, and infusions. They are not accessible to the general public and are only available on equipment that has been elevated or on certain weapons that are not ascending from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions and enrichments can be recovered from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device or salvaged using a Blacklion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.
Phoenix Boxes unlike other upgrade products, can be traded and re-used while still attached to the item they are upgrading. These upgrade items can be used to increase weapon and armor quality without the expense of Dilithium. They can double the likelihood that an item will receive a high-quality upgrade.
A component that is upgraded in an item can be replaced with a different one but it is not able to replace the previous one (except for upgrades to ascended equipment and legendaries). Upgrade components are only available to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or more. If you add an upgrade to an existing weapon that already has a suffix or a prefix upgrade, the item will be referred to as it appears on the game screen (for instance, adding a Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor creates Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can only have up to three upgrade items at a time.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a useful addition to any item, as they can provide numerous unique advantages and boosts. Certain glyphs can increase the number of affixes that can be placed on an item, thereby increasing its overall power. These glyphs are obtained by completing the dungeons. Some are even found in certain World Tier 3 zones. It is important to note that glyphs are only available to players who have created a root-dungeon with the same level of depth.
To use a Glyph, you must first create it using components and connect them with anchors. The component will then automatically align to other components or paths in the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph using components, you can build it by using a combination of paths and anchors. Drag an element in the direction of the component that is highlighted to hold it in place.
Some glyphs have conditions to fulfill, for example having a minimum of 25 Dexterity in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Some require a specific number of Primary Stat nodes to activate and can be a challenge to attain. Some glyphs have a radius that increases as you move up.
Glyphs are used for many different items, and can be added to any weapon, except for weapons belonging to a particular class. Certain glyphs can be used with additional requirements, like the requirement for a certain amount of Dexterity damage, or Attack damage on a specific part of the Paragon board.
The Defend Glyph increases the probability of preventing enemy attacks by five percent. It also has 15% chance to render the Hero vulnerable for 2 turns.
There are a few glyphs that can be applied to limited-use tools like the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. The addition of these glyphs will count towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.
The most common glyphs are the attack glyphs, which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat value. They are particularly useful for classes that are ranged such as Warriors and Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph, which makes enemies that hit the Hero susceptible to damage.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll results that are rolled during an Action. When the reroll happens they are discarded. Reroll tokens are obtained in several ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. They can also be purchased at the shop or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons or trials because they allow players to roll rewards from the bottom of the chest.
For items at the level 1, there are values for recycling points. When recycle an item, it will add a specific amount of points to the upgrade gauge. The value varies according to the item's level and rarity. The upgraded item will not retain its level if rerolled and the cost to recycle an upgraded item increases when its level increases.

The player may also make use of reroll tokens to make an item rerollable. However, item upgrade will not bring back the item's original stats or level. This is useful for players who want to reroll a piece of equipment that they don't like but want to keep in their collection.
There are three types of upgrade tokens available in the game: reroll random and upgrade. Each type comes with a variety of subtypes. Reroll tokens, for example come in three types of rarity: legendary, rare, and enhanced. Each requires an item of the level of its respective to make a new item with that quality.
To make use of rerolling tokens, select "Reroll Token" by right-clicking on the Satanic or Angelic items in your inventory. Then, choose a type of token. The available tokens include Item Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. Using an Item token will produce the creation of a new Item of any kind. A Weapon or Misc token can create a new weapon of the same faction.
The item may also be upgraded to a new item with similar stats, but at a higher level. This could occur if the item has been placed in the Non-Droppable Pool or was transferred to it as part of the franchise card.
